A little bit about who we are

Yonathan Dominitz

Founder of Mindscapes.  A trainer and a leader of creativity trainings for advertising agencies, digital, media, PR, marketing and communications.

A senior facilitator of projects in New Promise Development, and an experienced trainer in courses for inventive thinking and creative marketing.

Yonathan has personally conducted projects in numerous companies and leading global advertising agencies across the US and North America throughout Europe to Japan, China and Asia Pacific. He is a frequently invited to run creativity workshops and is a keynote speaker at the Cannes Lions festival, Eurobest, Spikes Asia and more. Yonathan has vast experience working in senior positions in the advertising industry. Yonathan also practices and teaches Insight Meditation courses and retreats as well as Mindfulness courses.

Ravid Kuperberg

Partner and trainer at Mindscapes. An experienced trainer of co-creation and creativity boosting in interactive and integrated advertising, from revealing insights to developing creative outcomes. Has personally conducted projects with numerous leading advertising agencies and global brands (Publicis, Grey, Lowe, TBWA, Isobar, Cheil, Google, Eurobank, Unilever, Telenor and others). Is a former advertising professional with a background of strategic and creative positions: starting of as a strategic planner before becoming a copywriter and later on a creative director at Publicis. Ravid is a keynote speaker at international marketing conferences and advertising festivals. He has an MBA degree and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics. Most important of all (for Ravid), he is a goalkeeper at a local amateur football team.


 

Pablo Foncillas Díaz-Plaja

Educated at the Swiss School (speaks four languages), holds a degree in Law and an MBA from IESE Business School. Currently, he is faculty of the Marketing Department at IESE. He has combined an academic life with his roles as an executive and consultant for several companies.

Since the 1990s, Pablo has combined his management activities with academics and consulting in many companies. With all these activities, he has contributed to the growth of multinationals in various sectors (marketing services, food, airlines, utilities, and leisure) and countries, from different positions at local, national, regional, and global level. He has helped with the commercialization of more than 175 brands in over 25 countries, in sales roles or in general management as an integrated member of the Executive Committee.

Pablo is trainer at Mindscapes, as well as an habitual speaker on boards of directors and executive committees, and  has been a guest speaker at conferences in various countries on different innovative subjects.
