Trainer and a leader of structured creative thinking trainings in brand communications. A senior facilitator of projects in New Product Development and an experienced trainer in courses about inventive thinking and creative marketing. Yonathan has a vast experience working in senior positions at the advertising industry, and with senior management at the marketing industry. He has trained numerous brands and leading global advertising agencies across the world. He is a frequent speaker and trainer at international marketing conferences and advertising festivals. Including recurring appearances at the prestigious Cannes Lions festival, Eurobest, Spikes Asia and more. Yonathan also practices and teaches Insight Meditation courses and retreats as well as Mindfulness courses.

Ravid is a former advertising professional with 14 years of experience in strategic planning and creative development. He has been working with numerous advertising agencies and brands around the world. He is a frequent keynote speaker and trainer at international marketing conferences and advertising festivals. Including recurring appearances at the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival, Spikes Asia and many more.
He has an MBA degree and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics. Most important of all (for Ravid), he is an aging goalkeeper at a local amateur football club.

Pablo Foncillas Díaz-Plaja

A guest speaker at conferences in various countries on different aspects of innovation. Educated at the Swiss School and holds a degree in Law and an MBA from IESE Business School. Currently, he is a faculty member at the IESE Marketing Department. Pablo has combined an academic life with his roles as an executive and consultant for several companies. Contributing to the growth of multinationals in various sectors (marketing services, food, airlines, utilities, and leisure) and countries. From different positions at local, national, regional, and global levels. He has helped with the commercialization of more than 175 brands in over 25 countries, in sales roles or in general management as an integrated member of the Executive Committee.
